TERMS OF USE

Last updated: June 2, 2026 - Version 1.0

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to Drop Planner, including the website, PWA, APIs, emails, analytics, billing flows, uploads, reminders, exports, and related services. By using Drop Planner, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity in your account, workspace, and invited team seats.
  • Guest or anonymous access may be offered for trial use and can be limited or removed.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Drop Planner.

3. Subscriptions And Billing

  • Paid plans are billed through supported providers such as Paystack or Lemon Squeezy. The server, not browser copy, determines the authoritative plan, price, interval, entitlement, and active-drop limit.
  • Plans may renew monthly or annually unless cancelled through the available account, provider, or support flow.
  • Cancellations generally stop future renewal and keep the paid plan active through the paid period. Annual plan months that remain unused are not automatically refunded unless the checkout provider, law, or a written Drop Planner exception requires it.
  • Failed, disputed, reversed, or fraudulent payments may suspend or remove paid entitlements.
  • Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and mobile-money charges may be handled by the payment provider or your financial institution.

4. User Content And UGC

You keep ownership of content you add to Drop Planner. You give Drop Planner a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and use that content only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

  • You must have the rights to upload, embed, store, share, or export designs, images, videos, music, supplier data, links, prompts, names, logos, and other content.
  • You may not upload or share unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, malware-related, or privacy-violating content.
  • You may not use Drop Planner to plan, promote, or coordinate illegal goods, counterfeit products, fraud, spam, or unsafe activity.
  • We may remove content, restrict workspaces, disable sharing, suspend accounts, or report activity where required to protect users, third parties, the platform, or the law.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, billing gates, workspace permissions, upload validation, or security controls.
  • Do not scrape, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with Drop Planner except for good-faith security research reported responsibly.
  • Do not use the service to send spam, misleading emails, or messages without required consent.
  • Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, files, reminders, billing data, or private content.

6. Email And Notifications

Drop Planner may send transactional emails such as verification, login codes, reminders, workspace notices, exports, billing notices, and security alerts. Marketing or product-update emails are sent only where preferences or consent allow and include a way to opt out.

7. Analytics And Product Improvement

Drop Planner may use consent-gated analytics such as PostHog and optional Mixpanel to understand usage, reliability, and feature quality. Analytics is governed by the Privacy Policy and cookie choice.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may connect to Supabase, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, link-preview providers, AI providers, and embedded media services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Service Changes

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of Drop Planner. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid users, data access, or core functionality.

10. Disclaimers And Liability

Drop Planner is provided as a planning tool and does not guarantee manufacturing results, supplier performance, launch outcomes, legal clearance, tax treatment, or commercial success. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drop Planner is provided without warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

11. Contact
